Toshiba TB67S128/249/279/289 stepper motor drivers offer breakthrough Active Gain Control technology and are available now from Mouser. This technology dynamically boosts the stepper motor driving current surmounting heavy torque conditions and returning normal in real time and in open loop designs. This technology saves important power in stepper motor control. This feature also lessens or removes the complex and costly closed loop designs. These drivers are also furnished with Advanced Current Detection System sense resistor-less feature that delivers additional board space and BOM. The devices are specified as 5A 4.5A, 2A, and 3A respectively with 10V to 42V motor operating voltage. They also have a 32-step and 128-step micro-stepping ability that makes them perfect for a broad range of industrial precision motor control applications including All types of printers, robotics, surveillance cameras, precision actuator control, ATMs, vending machines, dispensing machines, and CNC machines.
