Half-bridge reference design board is optimised for extremely high switching speed

Available now from Mouser, the RECOM Power R-REF01-HB Half-bridge Reference Design Board consists of a half-bridge ideal for voltages up to 1kV and a completely isolated driver-stage with isolated power supplies. This board is ideal for single gate drive supply voltages as low as 4V and dual gate supply voltages as high as 20V/-5V with no maximum duty cycle limitations. This board is optimised for extremely high switching speed and gives 2.5kV continuous input to output isolation. The board features TTL-compatible signal input, with shoot-through protection and high gate-drive currents (up to 10A source and sink). The device has a separate input for low and a high-side switch for use with different topologies. Typical applications include Phase-shifted or full-bridge converter, half-bridge forward converter, half-bridge LLC converter, half-bridge flyback converter, three-phase motor driver, and double pulse tester.
