Versatile input/output module with powerful computing core based on the Raspberry Pi 3

Available now from Mouser is the Sfera Labs Iono Pi. This device is a versatile Input/Output module with a very powerful computing core based on the Raspberry Pi 3. The device features several digital and analog input lines, support for standard interfaces like 1- Wire and Wiegand, and power relay outputs typical of modern PLCs. The device also has features essential for professional applications, like a robust power supply with wide voltage range (9÷28Vdc) capable of up to 2.5A output current at 5V to the Raspberry Pi board. The board has an optional real time clock with a lithium back-up battery. Typical applications for the module are data acquisition and control, home and building automation, access control, hotel room control solutions, environmental monitoring, and many others. The fully assembled version is packaged in a compact DIN standard case with omega-rail mounts, and certified to the relevant CE standards, ready for use in professional installation.
