Part of the Fujitsu Industrial Series, the D3243-SMini-ITX , mainboard is now available from Review Display Systems (RDS). It is designed for robust operation in industrial and embedded applications. The Mini-ITX Mainboard is powered by the Intel Q87 Express chipset and supports 4th generation Intel Core i3/i5/i7 – 4xxx processors, Intel TE Haswell-based embedded series processors, Intel Pentium G3xxx and Celeron G18xx processors as well as Haswell Refresh processors. The board has two SO DIMM sockets supporting up to 16GB, DDR3 1333 (CL9) /1600 (CL11) SDRAM. An Intel HD Graphics version is dependent on processor model installed (e.g. HD4600 with support for DX11.1). Connectivity is provided for 1 x DVI-I, 2 x DisplayPort V1.2 and dual-channel, 24bit LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signalling) to support up to three independent displays. In addition to PCI Express x 16 (Gen3) and Mini-PCI Express (half size, incl.USB2.0), the board has 5 x SATA-600 and 1 x mSATA (full size) sockets, all of which support SATA III speeds for storage devices. Support is also included for 9 x USB2.0 & 4 x USB 3.0 with two different Intel GbE LAN on-board (i217LM + i210AT) both of which include iAMT support for improved network connectivity. A recovery BIOS offers security, whilst silent temperature-related processor and system fans reduce noise. The mainboard is designed and approved for 24 hour, seven-days-a-week operation and is offered with industrial-grade EMI immunity. It operates at an enhanced temperature range of 0C to 60C to meet industrial and embedded settings. Automatic switching power circuitry is able to accept either ATX (20 or 24pin) or a 12V only power supply. It is able to withstand a surge current of 18A for 20 seconds, operating at +12Vm 0.05A / 10µF, says the company.
