Digi-Key – Complete family of transistors supports 470 to 860MHz band applications

Supporting all broadcast amplifier designs in the 470 to 860MHz band, NXP
Semiconductors’ complete family of transistors is now available from
Digi-Key, delivering up to one octave wideband operation combined with
field-proven ruggedness, highest efficiency, and outstanding linearity.

All the transistors are fully characterized for DVB-T operation and are
ideal for communication transmitters and industrial applications in the UHF
band, says the company.
