Easby - Tiny RoHS-compliant SMD rectifier diodes are 78% smaller

A new series of RoHS compliant, ultra-small surface mount rectifier diodes is now available, from Easby Electronics. With a footprint reduced by 78% and packages just 0.9mm high, they are seen as ideal for automatic insertion in compact portable devices.

As a franchised distributor of analogue ICs and other products from Taiwan Semiconductor, Easby is offering 1N4448WS, B0530WS and RB751V-40 Schottky, and UDZS Series Zener diodes in surface-mount SOD-323F packages with footprints of just 2.6mm x 1.3mm. They offer fast SWITCHing and high conductance in general purpose applications.

The RoHS-compliant TS4148 high speed diodes offer an equivalent to the universally popular 1N4148 diode. The TS4148 range is available in standard 1206, 0805 and 0603 surface-mount packages, significantly simplifying handling compared with traditional rounded MELF packages. The company also offers a very wide range of standard and Schottky diodes in SOT-23 packages.
