Low-dropout linear regulator operates at up to 40V VI

26-07-2016 | Texas Instruments | Power

Texas Instruments’ TPS7B69xx device is a low-dropout linear regulator that operates at up to 40V VI. With only 15µA (typical) quiescent current at light load, the device is applicable for standby microcontrol-unit systems, especially for always-on applications like e-meters, fire alarms, and smoke detectors. The devices have integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection. The device operates over a –40C to 105C temperature range.
