Swissbit Industrial mSATA SSD X-600m Series are JEDEC MO-300A modules, available from Mouser, designed for all industrial, netcom and automotive applications. The series are ideal for embedded applications requiring solid state storage in a smaller, removable form factor. These applications include those requiring high data transfer rates up to 525MB/s in sequential access and 79,000 IOPS in 4KB random access. They feature onboard power fail protection, dynamic and static wear levelling, and ATA security feature set support.
