MOSFETs designed to minimise conduction loss offers superior switching performance

Available from Mouser, Fairchild SuperFET III MOSFETs are high voltage (700V at TJ = 150C) super-junction (SJ) MOSFETs with charge balance technology. This technology provides outstanding low on-resistance (59mohm or 62mohm RDS(on) typical) and lower gate charge performance (78nC Qg typical). They are designed to minimise conduction loss, offer superior switching performance, and withstand extreme rise rate of the drain-source voltage (dv/dt). They are ideal for various power systems for miniaturisation and higher efficiency including telecom / server power supplies, industrial power supplies and UPS / Solar applications.
