They have a patented settable-gain feature for use in a wide variety of radiocard applications. These devices have a fixed BOM with all internal matching for extremely wide RF and IF bandwidths. They can function at -6dBm LO power with independent channel shutdown modes for integration into high order TDD MIMO systems.
