Available from Mouser, the Vicor DKIT-AC-xx-POL-00 AC to PoL development kits contain a front-end chassis, a hold-up bank and a point-of-load chassis. The development kits allow for bulk power distribution to point-of-load in two simple steps. The kits have a universal AC input and a variety of PoL options. The small size and low profile makes the kits easy to use and highly flexible. The FE chassis has AIM and PFM mounts in a VIA package for full-wave recti?cation, EMI Filtering and power factor correction that may be connected to worldwide AC mains. An included HUB provides proper hold up for the PFM and the PoL chassis has an input board and three Cool-Power ZVS Buck Regulator evaluation boards. The input board interfaces with the front-end chassis and HUB to provide a 24V or 48V voltage rail on the PoL chassis. The included Picor regulators provide 3.3V, 5V and 12V outputs.
