Compact reduced feature set ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontrollers

Designed for simple code migration between devices in the SAM D family, Atmel's reduced feature-set SMART SAM D09 ARM-Cortex-M0+ MCUs are now available from Mouser stock. The compact devices are pin compatible with the company's SAM D10 series. This allows for easy migration to larger devices with additional features. The SAM D09 devices operate at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. They offer 14- to 24-pin packages with up to 16KB Flash and 4KB or SRAM. All devices include the Atmel Event System for inter-peripheral signalling and support for capacitive touch interfaces.
