For applications such as DC-DC converters, power management circuitry and
backlighting, Mouser now stocks the Diodes Inc. DMS2085LSD P-Channel MOSFET
with integrated Schottky diode.
The device is a new generation MOSFET designed to minimize the on-state
resistance (RDS(ON)) and yet maintain superior switching performance.
