Oct 25 2012 - Semiconductors [More Semiconductors Articles]Low-power single or dual comparators which typically consume less than 10µA of supply current – Fairchild’s FANx56 Series is now available from Mouser.
The devices are ‘guaranteed’ to operate at a low voltage of 1.6V and are fully operational up to 5.5V, making them convenient for use in 1.8, 3 and 5V systems. Each comparator has a complementary push-pull P- and N-channel output stage capable of driving a rail-to-rail output swing with a load ranging up to 5mA. Applications include mobile phones, alarm and security systems and PDAs.
