The tiny 2.7mm x 3.2mm x 4.5 mm devices offer robust over-voltage protection solutions. Designed specifically to meet board-level protection requirements for telecom and industrial communication equipment with space limitations, the 2051 Series GDT is ideal for PCI cards, MDC Modems, Splitters and CPE applications. Additionally the 2051 Series GDT’s have a low capacitance making them well suited to use in high-speed / high-bandwidth applications, says the company.
