Jul 10 2012 - Power [More Power Articles]The Monolithic Power Systems MP8620 is now available from Mouser. The device is a fully-integrated step-down converter with internal power MOSFETs.
The converter achieves 25A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with ‘excellent’ load and line regulation. It can be configured and optimized as a single-phase or a multi-phase solution to support high-current (50A-100A) applications.
