Designers and engineers can easily choose from multiple technologies to get the right MOSFET for their application. Fairchild offers both N-Channel and P-Channel versions of MOSFETs using its advanced Power Trench process that has been optimized for low RDS(ON) switching performance and ruggedness.
The devices are offered in choices to meet the needs of most applications, such as load switches, primary switching, mobile computing, DC-DC converters, synchronous rectifiers and many more, says the company.
