The instrument comes with 10MHz bandwidth, 2 channels, 1uHz to 10MHz frequency range for sine / square waveform, 500uHz to 5MHz frequency range for pulse wave form, 1uHz to 300KHz frequency range for triangle/ramp waveform, 50v BNC output connector, USB Host, USB Device and GPIB standard interface, 100 to 240 VAC input voltage, 50W maximum power consumption and 0C to 40C operating temperature range, says the company.
