Available now from Farnell element14, the Atmel AVR AT32UC3L0128 is a complete system-on-chip microcontroller based on the AVR32 UC RISC processor running at frequencies up to 50MHz.

The AT32UC3L0128 microcontroller comes with 128Kbytes of flash, 17 touch channels, 36 max I/O pins, 12 bit ADC resolution, 8 ADC channels, 16kbytes of SRAM, 6 timers, 1.62V to 3.6V operating voltage and -40C to +85C operating temperature range. AVR32 UC is a high-performance 32-bit RISC microprocessor core, designed for cost-sensitive embedded applications, with particular emphasis on low power consumption, high code density, and high performance.
