Jul 27 2012 - Semiconductors [More Semiconductors Articles]The Vishay VS-4EWH02FN-M3 hyperfast recovery rectifiers are now available from Farnell element14. The devices are specifically designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop and hyperfast recovery time.
The VS-4EWH02FN-M3 rectifier comes with 200V peak repetitive reverse voltage, 4A average rectified forward current, 80A non-repetitive peak surge current, 0.95V forward voltage, 17pF junction capacitance, 23ns typical reverse recovery time and -65C and 175C operating junction and storage temperature, says the company.
