Jun 15 2012 - Design & Manufacture [More Design & Manufacture Articles]The Microchip MCP6401/1R/1U/2/4 family of operational amplifiers (op amps) is now available from RS Components, offering a low quiescent current (45μA, typical) and rail-to-rail input and output operation.
The family is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 1MHz (typical). The devices operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V making the op amps well suited to single-supply, battery-powered applications.
