The devices feature low power consumption and are available in surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole package options in a variety of shapes and sizes. The SMD LEDs offer a wide viewing angle and a moisture sensitivity level of 3, and are ideal for backlight and indicator applications. The through-hole LEDs are reliable and rugged and offer long life with solid state reliability, says the company.
