Jun 25 2012 - Switches, Relays & Onboard [More Switches, Relays & Onboard Articles]Vishay Semiconductors’ VOx6xxA low input current optocouplers, designed to protect equipment users from electrical shocks and protect the microprocessors within such systems from being damaged by voltage spikes, are now available from Mouser.
The optocouplers feature high current transfer ratios at low input currents of 1mA for the VO618A, VOL618A, VOS618A, and VOS628A, and 5mA for the V0617A and VOL617A types.
