Jun 26 2012 - Passives [More Passives Articles]Vishay CHPHT Series high-temperature thick-film resistors are now available from Mouser. They feature a wraparound design and high temperature (245C) capability, large ohmic value range from 0.1ohm to 100Mohm, operating temperature range of -55C to + 230C, and storage temperature range of -55C to + 245C.
Applications include down-hole drilling, aircraft breaking systems, and any application with the need for parts able to withstand severe conditions.
