Jun 15 2012 - Passives [More Passives Articles]Ideal for automotive electronics applications, Nichicon’s UBC series SMD aluminium electrolytic capacitors are now stocked by Mouser, and are among the highest temperature capacitors available, offering a range of up to 150C.
The UBC series capacitors also offer high dependability and are able to withstand a load life of 1000 hours at 150C. Other UBC series features include capacitance range of 33uFto 3300uF, voltage range of 10V to 50V, and capacitance tolerance ±20% (120Hz, 20C).
