It features 45V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 10A maximum average forward rectifier current, 5A maximum average forward rectifier current, 100A peak forward surge current, 0.58V maximum instantaneous forward voltage, 500uA reverse current at 25C, 15ma reverse current at 125C and a -40C to +150C operating temperature range. The device is seen as ideal for use in areas such as solar cell junction boxes as a bypass diode for protection, using DC forward current without reverse bias.
