Farnell element14 – Operational amplifiers offer cost-effective precision performance (OPA330AIDCKT CMOS)
Jun 26 2012 - Semiconductors [More Semiconductors Articles]Now available from Farnell element14, TI’s OPA330AIDCKT CMOS operational amplifiers are members of the Zerø-Drift family of amplifiers which use a proprietary auto-calibration technique to simultaneously provide low offset voltage (50μV max) and near-zero drift over time and temperature at only 35μA (max) of quiescent current.
The OPA330AIDCKT CMOS operational amplifier offers cost-efficient precision performance and features single channel, ±10mA supply current, 298.4C/W junction to ambient thermal resistance, 65.4C/W junction to case thermal resistance, 8 to 50uV input offset voltage, 100 to 115dB common mode rejection ratio, 100 to 115dB open loop voltage gain, 30 to 100mV output voltage swing from rail and -40C to +150C operating temperature range.
