May 31 2012 - Semiconductors [More Semiconductors Articles]Farnell element14 now offers the Fuji Electric VLA539-01R, a hybrid integrated circuit designed for driving n-channel IGBT modules in any gate-amplifier application.
The device includes the isolated type DC-DC converter for a Gate drive. The VLA539-01R comes with -1V to 16.5V DC supply voltage, -1V to +7V input signal voltage, 24A output current, 210mA gate drive current, 20mA fault output current and 85C case temperature.
