The ZIF through-hole FFC connectors and suitably prepared cable assemblies, to cater for most applications requiring a 1.25mm pitch. Connectors incorporate an actuator which retains the cable once it is located correctly. ZIF version increases life and provides gas-tight connection, says the company.
