Feb 16 2012 - Passives [More Passives Articles]Now available from Mouser, Vishay’s T96/T97 Series offers conformally-coated low-ESR, Hi-Rel COTS Tantamount capacitors.
Both the T96 and T97 Series are surface mountable, offer surge current testing per MIL-PRF-55365 options and have operating temperature range of -55C to +85C (To +125C with voltage derating), and are compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. The T96 Series has capacitance range of 10µF to 680µF. The T97 Series has capacitance range of 10µF to 1500µF, says the company.
