Mouser – Tiny blowers control heat in areas unsuitable for conventional cooling (Murata Microblowers)

Available now from Mouser stock, Murata Microblowers are ideal for heat control of very small products where conventional cooling units, such as heat sinks, heat pipes, or motor fans, cannot be installed.

Microblowers are extremely compact and thin due to the piezoelectric ceramic based drive system. The 20mm x 20mm Microblower discharges air at a rate of 1,900 Pa (maximum static pressure at 15V p-p) and 1 litre per minute (at 15V p-p and under 100 Pa back pressure). The ceramic based drive system, which allows the blower to function as an air pump, offers lower power consumption than more common air cooling devices. The MZB1001E00, a 20mm high-pressure air blower evaluation kit is also available.
