Feb 21 2012 - Power [More Power Articles]Available now from Mouser stock, STMicroelectronics’ SD4931 and SD4933 are new RF vertical MOSFETs for the industrial / scientific / medical (ISM) markets.
The devices operate at 50-100V CW and pulse conditions at HF and VHF frequencies. Operating at 50V, they can withstand 20:1 VSWR at continuous operation with breakdown voltage over 200V. The SD4931 and SD4933 are designed for use in a variety of applications, including semiconductor process equipment, solar cell processing, MRI equipment, broadcast transmitters, and more, says the company.
