Latest from EM Research is the LX-7800 frequency synthesizer. The device operates a fixed-frequency of 7800MHz and features low power consumption and exceptionally-low phase noise (<-92dBc/Hz at 10kHz).

The LX-7800 provides +8dBm output power and is designed for SatCom, commercial wireless and military COTS applications.

Custom units are available in fixed and programmable frequencies from 5MHz to 8GHz in a standard surface-mount package of 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.15 inch. This unit is available in cost-effective, high-volume tape-and reel units.
