Jan 26 2012 - Power [More Power Articles]The STMicroelectronics STGIPL20K60 SLLIMM (Small Low-Loss Intelligent Moulded Module) is now available from Mouser stock. The 600V IGBTs are intelligent power modules providing a compact, high-performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design.
The 20A 3-phase IGBT inverter bridge devices include control ICs for gate driving and free-wheeling diodes. They feature the most advanced short-circuit-rugged IGBT system technology, making them ideal for 3-phase inverters in applications such as home appliances and air conditioners, says the company.
