Jan 30 2012 - Passives [More Passives Articles]Kemet’s CBR series surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) are now available from Digi-Key. The C0G dielectic devices feature a robust and highly stable base metal electrode dielectric system that provides ‘excellent’ low loss performance (High Q).
The devices offer extremely low ESR and high self-resonance characteristics and are well suited to resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required, says the company.
