Feb 17 2005 - Subs & Systems [More Subs & Systems Articles]Designed to connect directly to CGA, EGA and BBC Micro TTL video signals,
PremierView-TTL is the latest LCD monitor from specialist display
manufacturer Calibre UK.
Providing exceptional image quality, the PremierView-TTL features automatic
signal detection on input signals and includes a 9-pin D socket. It accepts
3, 4 or 6 bit TTL graphics signals with separate H & V TTL syncs, and
conforms to CGA or EGA VESA timing formats.
Also provided is a 6-Pin DIN socket which accepts 3-bit TTL graphics signals
with composite negative polarity TTL sync, in 15.625 KHz 50Hz or 15.75KHz
60Hz interlaced or non-interlaced formats including all BBC Micro compatible
formats.
Two sizes are available, an 18.1" and a 15". Both provide bright, sharp
high-contrast images from legacy TTL graphics systems.
Both models are industrial quality metal cased display units with standard
75m VESA mountings on the rear for use with an optional desk stand and
sturdy side mounting points for console mounting. They are fitted with
anti-glare, anti-scratch protective front windows as standard.
PremierView-TTL is based around Calibre´s proprietary PremierView4 LCD
driver technology with high performance scaling algorithms which work
without comprising image quality of resolution irrespective of the signal
resolution implemented.
